One on One

In my one on one program, it’s you and me. We go through this together. There are no groups to be added to, it’s just us. In Listen, you will be heard, validated and seen.

You don’t have to use essentials oils as one of your tools, and if you do use essentials oils, you don’t even need to use the ones I do. I recommend finding methods that resonate for you. Oils have helped me greatly in helping pain levels, anxiety and feeling better in general.
